Information collected
The site collects information you submit for a consultation, appointment, reduced-rate request, or standalone payment. That can include contact details, learner level, subject, goals, schedule, session format, ZIP code for travel planning, a payment description and amount, and PayPal transaction references.
Payment information
PayPal handles PayPal credentials and debit- or credit-card details in its secure checkout. This website does not receive or store full card numbers, security codes, or PayPal passwords. The payment form is independent from the booking calendar and does not alter an appointment.
How information is used
Information is used to assess fit, prepare and deliver tutoring, manage scheduling, communicate appointment details, process and reconcile payments, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, respond to requests, and maintain appropriate business records.
Who receives it
Information is available to Nicholas through a protected owner dashboard. Limited data is sent to service providers needed to operate the site, including Cloudflare for public hosting and data storage, PayPal for optional online payments, and the configured transactional-email provider for confirmations and reminders.
Children's information
The service works with minors, but the website is intended for arrangements made or approved by a parent or guardian. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information about a child.
Access Rate privacy
Do not upload financial documents through the public form. If documentation is needed, use the private method Nicholas provides and redact Social Security numbers, full account numbers, and unrelated household information.
Security and choices
Private appointment links act like passwords and should not be forwarded. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet system can promise absolute security. You may ask Nicholas to correct contact information or discuss deletion of records that are not required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
